Studio Oxmox is based in Australia. For more than 15 years, we have been sculpting prototypes of promotional statues for serial production.
One of our first works was a life-size Lara Croft for Tomb Raider in 1998 for video game publisher Eidos. We have created prototypes for well-known pop culture characters like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Spiderman, The Avengers Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy and many more.
Some of our prototypes created for highly limited memorabilia, such as our life-size Star Wars Darth Maul statue, which includes an original signature by George Lucas. This became a competition prize with only 15 exemplars worldwide. Our tallest statue to date was a one-off soldier for the video game Unreal with a whopping height of 5 metres!

Studio Oxmox also offers its own line of life-size and scale-size dinosaurs, like our Tyrannosaurus Rex head display or our Deinonychus dinosaurs, which are highly detailed and on display in museums, parks and private collectors.
We have worked with numerous companies over the years and have gained invaluable knowledge working with licensors and licensees in the entertainment industry.

We also create one-off exhibitions statues, such as a life-size Dracula sitting in a throne for Konami’s Castlevania: Lords of Shadow; a Square Enixís Chocobo from Final Fantasy; and a life-size Warframe statue, which was completely 3D printed and used as a display for the TV show King of the Nerds.

We have also created officially licensed movie and video game characters, including a scale-size Troll and a life-size Orc and Dwarf from Lord of the Rings, Scrat from Ice Age, King Kong, Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, and Rango as well as scale-size figurines for special DVD collector’s editions like Batman vs Superman, MIB, Amazing Spiderman, 300 and Mad Max.
